Grades 1-5 for First Holy Communion and Reconciliation

Family Faith Formation is a family-centered faith formation.

Our Lady of the Assumption Parish supports parents in the promise made at their children's baptism: to raise them in the Catholic faith.

Through Family Faith Formation, the whole family grows together in faith.

First Holy Communion is a momentous occasion in the life of a Catholic child, as it brings them closer to Christ and allows them to experience the true presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. 

We wish to make our Family Faith Formation program the best possible experience for you and your children.
